Official school envelopes should have a printed school logo, stamp, or official seal prominently displayed — plain envelopes without a school logo, stamp, or official seal will not be considered official. Please ensure that your school counsellor or administrator signs and places an official stamp or seal on your transcript, and the envelope you have provided, before mailing it to UBC.
